Located steps away from Gun Hill beach, Southwold with its traditional colourful beach huts. It is so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, restaurants, famous pubs & independent boutiques

Short breaks are available for a minimum of 3 nights except for the summer holidays.

We  provide a relaxed and comfortable experience with a touch of interior design. Our space is minimalist yet cozy style, bright rooms incorporating natural materials, soft lighting, and comfortable bedding.

There is private parking  with for more than 1 car.  The property is detached and gated, giving you complete privacy in a large garden fit for entertaining and children playing. Spectacular, panoramic views of the marshes and harbour.

The spacious bright rooms keep you cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. A bright spacious living room with a 5-seater sofa and logburner (the perfect pair)  through to the sunroom. A cook's Kitchen with all the mod-cons, bathroom and 2x bedrooms. The masterbedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has 2x single beds.

We are located in a very desirable and sought-after part of the town, just a stones throw from the high street but footsteps from the beach. The harbour, highstreet, independent shops, restaurants pubs all a stroll away. Nearby are the circular gardens, coastal paths and marsh paths.
