My background? I was born in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica, grew up in the UK, and now I live in Hertfordshire with my husband and 3 kids.

I love carefree days on the coast, I love coffee, my bath-time and lunch is my favourite meal. I really encourage you to bring back the British seaside into your lives.
